What Do I receive if I participate in your event?

If you can not print out the sign up forms , just write on your money order/check - in the MEMO section (face of ck/mo) type
of table or booth size (or quantities) and send in to the address stated on the forms below.Same type of info should go on your Western Union Message section. If you are sending via Western Union. Example: B2B Sign Up - May 31 ( table or booth)

Exhibitors will receive the following for their participation in our first expo.
They are the following:
- A 5' X 28" table with 2 chairs ( no skirting , you may use your own tablecloth with company logo on it) Additionally we suggest and support that you decorate your table and/or booth with great style and eye appeal decor.
- Company mention in our commemorative booklet (otherwise you may advertise in our booklet for a nominal charge)
- Light Continental Breakfast and light Boxed Lunch
- Tickets for one to "ALL" seminars / workshops being offered at the event
- Media exposure day of the event
- You have the ability to set up the day before the event. Friday , May 30th from 4:30pm to 10:00pm
- Send in your payment by May 25 - DATE EXTENDED! You may send in a check/Money Order or pay through your local Western Union - Attention: Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce C/o Ana Rivera
- Once you have sent in your payment through Western Union - email us at anipooh@tampabay.rr.com with the confirmation number and type of table or item payment is for.
